Casale San Pierino is a large traditional stone farmhouse, which
has been restored in a simple way and without changing
its ancient charm, retaining the original floors and stairs.
It is divided into two independent
apartments sleeping 6 and 5 people respectively.
Set in a panoramic position in the midst of vineyards
and olive trees, it lies in the centre of a big wine and
olive oil estate which has been in the
possession of a noble Florentine Family since 1524.
Wonderful views over the Chianti
hills. Each apartments has a big, private outdoor area
with table and chairs. Simple Tuscan style furnishings
in perfect harmony with the period.
Access along 950m of unpaved
road, of which 500m not suitable for low slung cars.
Independent heating.
The garden with lawn,
loggia and swimming pool (7m x 15m, depth 1.10m 2.70m,
open 17/05 27/09) is set in a panoramic position and
shared with a third apartment. Parking on premises. :

Possibility to purchase farm products.
Distances: Greve in Chianti with shops of all
kind 3km, Golf dell Ugolino (18 holes) 10km, Florence
25km, Siena 35km, the beaches of Viareggio and Versilia
90km.
