The apartment is on the first floor of a two level villa with a spacious living room with kitchen corner, a double room a triple room and a bathroom with shower. French doors from the living room lead to the large covered terrace with table and chairs for dining out.
The town centre has boutiques and shops, restaurants, trattorias and wine bars – all next to the seafront with its long promenade. Beautiful inlets like Cala Martina are nearby. Porto Santo Stefano(ferry to Giglio) and Piombino (ferry to Elba) are not far.

In Follonica there are many shops,restaurants, etc as well s numerous schools for water sports. It is the ideal base for visiting the beautiful beaches around and the islands of Elba and Giglio.

Overhanging the water's edge near the mouth of the river Magra, between Tuscany and Liguria, are these two wonderful apartments, just outside the small resort of Bocca di Magra. These two apartments glow with the light pouring in through the windows and patio doors, giving a wonderful sense of space.
The balcony hangs over the river, with views across to the mountains, and out to sea. There is an interconnecting door, allowing them to become one large apartment. Accessible with a car. Close to the wide sandy beaches of the Tuscan Riviera, or the samll coves of Lerici and the Cinque Terre.
