On the entrance level there is a large living room with well-equipped kitchen area, leading out to a terrace with a splendid view over the Castel di Ama vineyards. To the side there is a double bedroom with its own doors to the terrace. There is also a bathroom and utility room on this level. Downstairs, there are two more bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, as well as doors leading out to the portico sitting area and private garden. A short distance from the apartment is the large swimming pool shared with other apartments in the hamlet. There are also communal gardens and terraces, a covered parking area and reception. You can walk down though the hills to the beautiful little Tuscan town of Lecchi where there is restaurant, a shop and enoteche (wine sellers where you sample the wine before you buy). Also nearby is the idyllic and little-known village of San Sano - a Tuscan gem.
