This lovely apartment is in an old stone-built farmhouse with a pool on the edge of the village of Casciano di Murlo, 24 km South of Siena.
It is part of the old farmhouse and has a spacious garden at the back. The rest of the farmhouse is lived by the friendly owners, who work the land.

The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a vary spacious living room with a kitchen area and fireplace, a double bedroom, and a shower bathroom. Sofa bed available in the living room.
Simply furnished, the apartment is comfortable and has been restored in the traditional Tuscan style with terracotta floors and exposed beams.

The nearest restaurant is a only short walk away
In the village less than1 km up the road, there are shops, restaurants, a bank, post office etc.
The owners, Claudia and Gabriele, produce olive oil and Chianti, which is sold in the farm shop.

Very much for those who want a simple rural property, this is a wonderful spot for walking and ideal base for exploring this beautiful part of Tuscany.
There are many points of interest in the area. Siena, Montalcino, Pienza, Montepulciano and Murlo with its captivating Etruscan museum.
