Villa Belvedere is a part of the country estate of La Striscia which is located in an wonderful location with breathtaking views over the rolling hills between Volterra and the Florence area. The beautiful main villa is located in the middle of the estate and completely surrounded by luxuriant woods and fields. Villa Belvedere is the perfect name as there are splendid views in all directions throughout the rolling hills that seem to extend endlessly toward the horizon. Completely independent, Villa Belvedere is reached by a lovely private unpaved road. This two-floor villa consists of a spacious living room, and one double bedroom (twin on request) with ensuite shower bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a living room with a fireplace and satellite tv, one dining room, a well equipped kitchen (oven, 4 burners, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and toaster); two twin bedrooms; one double bedroom; two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bath). A laundry room and pizza oven are at the guests disposal. In the garden, in a panoramic and sunny position there is a swimming pool (6.90 x 4 mts) furnished with deck chairs and sun umbrellas. Villa Belvedere is a perfect choice for a relaxing country holiday Volterra and San Gimignano are both only 15 km away from the property. 
The prices are per apt. per week and they include water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly and final cleaning. Pool open from the 13th of May to the 30th of September. Baby bed available for free upon request.
To pay on the premises: Central heating upon use (4 Euro per cubic meter) . Inventory deposit: € 300,00. Pets not allowed. |
