This beautiful Tuscan villa is approached via wrought iron gates, through the Italianate gardens.
It forms part of the estate of La Campana and across its courtyard, this villa faces a little private chapel built in the 17th century, which is still used for mass on Sunday.
The owners have nearly completed the new swimming pool which is private for the use of the villa and has wonderful views.

There are several apartments in separate buildings on the estate and they share another swimming pool and tennis court.
Villa Campana is totally separate and has its own entrance.

The accommodation is on two floors.
At ground floor there is a large living room which has a large fireplace with seats on either side.This room is very comfortable furnished with sofas and armchairs. There is a fully equipped kitchen where, if required, an expert chef can prepare typical Tuscan dishes, a TV room, a tea room, a beautiful dining room which opens directly to the garden and a bathroom.
