The house has a well kept garden and a beautiful countercurrent swimming pool from where you can enjoy a beautiful and extensive view of the valley and the hills as far as Todi and Perugia.
The living room has access onto a covered terrace with a large table for outdoor dining, and wood-burning oven.
It is possible to have a cook, or to book cooking lessons with typical Umbrian dishes, held in the villa itself.

It is situated in a very accessible position, between Orvieto and Todi. The hills surrounding the lake are part of a Regional Park, ideal for walking.

This historical residence is the perfect place to spend an unforgettable few days. Located in the centre of the city of St.Francis, it is entered through a 14th Century stone arch above which is a shrine dating back to 1330.
To spend time here is a magical experience, the light is wonderful, especially as the colours of the sunset change the old stone and the sun mirrors in the windows of it houses and churches. A wonderful opportunity to truly discover Assisi and also visit some of the other towns of Umbria..
The seven beautifully appointed apartments have panoramic views each having been individually furnished to the highest standard, with all the original frescoes having been restored to their former glory.
