Villa Tinaio is a luxury villa in the heart of the superb Tuscan landscape South of Siena. The imposing building is surrounded by a beautiful private garden with tall cypress trees. There is a beautiful swimming pool in a sunny position with breathtaking views over the rolling hills with solitary pine trees or cypresses on top. The villa is on two floors with two independent entrances and it is ideal accommodation for a party of 20 people.. The interior is very nicely and comfortable furnished with antiques and modern facilities. Il Tinaio is a spacious property, enjoying seclusion and privacy a private swimming pool. It is an excellent choice for a restful holiday, conveniently situated for visiting Siena Florence and the other old Tuscan towns in the area, as well as the beautiful countryside around. It is possible have extra daily maid service payable on the premises (12 Euro per hour) and chef service (20 Euro per hour food and drinks are extra) The nearest village is Monteroni dArbia, 6 kms away, where you can find all kind of shops, supermarkets, banks, bars, restaurants, and a station. The ground floor (320 sqm) consists of huge living room with beautiful Tuscan arches, with a fire place and stereo, a dining room and a small breakfast room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a TV corner with video and gaming table and two toilets. A wooden staircase leads from the ground floor living room to the upper floor, with anothe large living/dining room, five double bedrooms, four twin bedrooms, two single bedrooms, four bathrooms with showers and two with baths. On a mezzanine floor there is another twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is also access is from an external staircase to the upper floor. There is a spacious terrace of 35 sqm with wonderful views, furnished with table and chairs for dining out. A short distance away, through a clump of trees in the extensive grounds, there is private swimming pool with panoramic views across the Tuscan landscape.

If there is intention to have a party or a wedding in any of our property where the number of guests is superior to those booked, this must be communicated at the moment of booking.
