Santo Stefano is a recently restored villa with private garden and swimming pool set on a hillside with views over the rolling countryside.
The villa is on an old farming estate in the heart of the superb Tuscan landscape about 20 kms south of Siena and is located on the same estate as Villa Tinaio, though these two villas are completely independent and can be rented to different clients or big parties. The house is attached to the lovely old Chapel of Santo Stefano in Suvignano.

The villa is comfortable and well-furnished, on two floors with an attic bedroom.
The ground floor has a large living room , tv room, kitchen (equipped with oven, fridge, cooker, dishwasher) and typical wood oven. From the kitchen and from the sitting area doors open to the garden and the patio equipped with table and chairs for eating outside. Also on the ground floor there is a bedroom with ensuite shower bathroom, and a WC with washing machine.
On the first floor there are 6 bedrooms (3 twins and 3 double bedded rooms) and 3 bathrooms with shower.
Going up some stairs you reach the attic bedroom with a single bed and an ensuite bathroom with bath.

The swimming pool (4 x 10 meters – 1.50 m deep) is in a panoramic position.

Upon request, guests can also have daily maid service and chef service (payable extra).

The nearest village is Monteroni d’Arbia, 6 kms away, with shops, supermarkets, banks, bars, restaurants, and railway station.

The prices are per 7 nights and they include (water, gas, electricity) linen changed weekly and final cleaning. Swimming pool open from the 1stof May to the 30 September. The pool is 4 x 10 m and 1,50 deep. Upon request it is possible to open the pool earlier or to close it later with a weekly extra charge of Euro 150,00. To pay extra and on the premises: central heating upon use (Euro 3,5 per cubic mete – about 50 € per day). Baby cot and baby sit available upon request and for free. Inventory deposit: € 500 (U.S. dollars also accepted) Pets allowed: Extra cleaning Euro 50 Chef service on request. Maid service: Euro 14 per hour

It’s possible to organize parties or weddings by the villa. No supplement is required if the total number of guests is not more than the number which the house sleeps. In the event that the number of participants is more a supplement for cleaning and an extra security deposit is required. If there is intention to have a party or a wedding in any of our property where the number of guests is superior to those booked, this must be communicated at the moment of booking.
