A typical Tuscan house situated in beautiful hillside, with spectacular far-reaching views to the Val d’Orcia.

This old stone made farmhouse has been restored and converted into 5 attractive apartments, 4 for holiday use and one lived by the welcoming owners. The old barn, located near the main building is now an independent apartment providing ideal accommodation for 4 people.

Inside the apartments have been restored to retain their original simply character, with cotto floors and exposes beamed ceilings.

The four apartments for holiday use are on the ground floor, each has its own private entrance and furnished paved terrace, with table and chairs for dining out.
 

Apartment Leonetto – sleeps 2+1- It consists of a living/dining room with a kitchen corner (4 rings cooker, dishwasher, oven and a fridge), a sofa bed (French bed) and a fireplace  (the fireplace is just a decoration but doesn’t work); one double bedroom (queen size bed); one bathroom with shower. A French door from the bedroom leads to the garden.

Apartment Franco – sleeps 4 . Living/dining room with a kitchen corner (4 rings cooker, dishwasher, oven and a fridge) and a fireplace  (the fireplace is just a decoration but doesn’t work); one bedroom with a queen size bed and bunk bed for two children; one bathroom with shower. A French door from the bedroom leads to the garden.

Apartment Ludovico –  sleeps 2+2. Living / dining room (4 rings cooker, dishwasher, oven and a fridge) and a fireplace  (the fireplace is just a decoration but doesn’t work); one double bedroom (queen size bed) with a French bed leading to the garden; one bathroom with shower.

Apartment Elsa – sleeps 4 – Independent barn on the ground floor consisting of a living/dining room with a kitchen corner (4 rings cooker, dishwasher, oven and fridge) and a fireplace (the fireplace is just a decoration but doesn’t work); one double bedroom with a queen size bed and ensuite shower bathroom; one twin bedroom with ensuite shower bathroom.

All the windows of the apartments are screened.

Guests share a delightful swimming pool (6x12 m – from 1,20 mts to 1,50 mts deep)  in a stunning  position from where there are truly breathtaking views.

The English speaking owners (two professional chefs) will be glad to prepare for the guests typical Tuscan dinners and breakfasts. At the guests disposal a bbq.

This is an excellent choice for a relaxing break in any season, whether to visit Siena (53 kms away) or other beautiful historic centres like Pienza (18 kms), Montalcino (22 kms) and Montepulciano (31 kms).
