This secluded, ancient borgo lies on a slope of a hill surrounded by olive trees and forest, overlooking a small valley of private land, it is situated near the village of Chiusdino, about 38km West of Siena.
This lovely property comprises three rural buildings, of which two have now been restored to create three pleasant apartments. All these apartments have traditional features, such us brick ceilings, old beams and terracotta floors. Each is furnished with a pleasant mix of contemporary and antique furniture.
Inside, each apartment is decorated in a particularly welcoming fashion.
In the garden, set in a natural terrace the shared irregular swimming pool (7x15mts – 1,40 mts deep)

One of the two restored buildings, the old barn, is now Casa Irina, a lovely independent house for 2 people (about 80 sqm).
Five external steps lead to the entrance of the apartment with a large living/dining room with a kitchen area (fridge with a small freezer, 4 ring cooker and oven). From the living room a flight of steps leads down to the double bedroom (queen size bed) and the shower bathroom. French doors in the bedroom open onto a private terrace with table and chairs for dining out.
Parquet flooring is used on the first floor. A single sofa bed is available on request in the living room.

The second restored building has been divided into two apartments. Apartment Gualdi is a ground floor apartment sleeping 4 (about 100 sqm), located in the lower part of the building. It consists of a spacious living/dining room with fireplace and a kitchen area (fridge with freezer, 4 ring cooker and oven); one double bedroom (queen size bed); one twin bedroom (double on request); one shower bathroom. The apartment has its own private outside space furnished with table and chairs for dining out.

On the highest part of the same building there is Casa Ada, with a very spacious outside paved area, right in front of the entrance, with table and chairs for al fresco dinners. A spacious living/dining room with fireplace and a kitchen area (4 ring cooker, fridge with freezer and oven) with two doors open onto the private outside area; one double bedroom (queen size bed); one double bedroom (twin on request); one shower bathroom.

Each apartment has its own BBQ .

The property is not far from Siena and not far from the coast, so this is a good opportunity for the guests to enjoy the countryside and the seaside, while still being within easy driving distance of one of the most beautiful cities in Italy.
