An old country house recently renovated and furnished with great care and taste, using original materials (terracotta floors, wooden beams, etc.) and converted into a charming country home. Wonderful views. Very well furnished with care in rustic style with some antique pieces in keeping with the  house. An extensive well-kept garden  with remote controlled gate. Lovely floodlit swimming pool set in an olive grove (6m x 10m, depth 1.20m), with furnished sundeck  and hot and cold shower. Barbecue, covered parking for 5 cars. Fitness studio shared with guests of Nocino and Moraiolo.
Central heating, telephone. Final cleaning and central heating included in price. Pool open 16/05 - 03/10   Extra bed available (€10/week), cook, maid, in-house Umbrian cooking classes, tours of local wineries .(please request when booking and pay on site).
Distances: Pantalla with grocery 3km, Collazzone with all types of shops, post office, banks, tennis 4km, Scano with horse back riding 4km, Todi 15km, Perugia with airport, golf course (18 holes) 35km, Lake Trasimeno with bathing establishments 54km.
Ground floor: Spacious room with three exits to the grounds and divided by arches: entrance-hall, large living area with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player - CD, kitchen with dining area and large counter in tiled brickwork (oven, small microwave, freezing compartment, dishwasher), fireplace for cooking and satellite TV, 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with shower, WC (washing machine), covered terrace (12m²) with wood burning oven.

First floor (with access also from the grounds/terrace): 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower, one suite (accessed from the terrace) with a double bedroom, small fireplace, en suite bathroom with shower and access to attic dove tower (steep stairs) restored into a small living room with dining area, single sofa bed and small cooking area (2 burners, small combined microwave-oven, freezing compartment, sink). Covered terrace (18m²).

In the period 26 June - 28 August 2010 we only accept weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday. Outside this period stays of 3 or more nights or 7 or more nights may also be booked, with the arrival on a day other than Saturday. The cost is calculated as follows: "3 nights price" + any "extra nights", or "weekly price" + any "extra nights".
