LA TAVERNA

La Taverna is a very special small property sharing a pool with three other houses. Completely made of stone it seems as though it is carved out of the rock. The kitchen area in the main room has an ancient marble sink, though modern plumbing!
Set into a corner of the stone wall in the bedroom is a luxurious spa bath. There is also a bathroom with a spacious shower.
The living room opens onto a walled courtyard, while the bedroom has its own private garden.
A few steps away is the large pool with wonderful views over the hills. It is set in a friendly village with a shop, bar and restaurant only a couple of minutes walk away.

I CANCELLI

Also enjoying the beautiful swimming pool, I Cancelli looks towards the pool at the back and over the hills and village from its large private terrace. Recently restored, this very spacious house is entered through a courtyard with the old pizza oven. Downstairs there are two double/twin bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a cosy sitting room with open fireplace. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom and en suite luxury bathroom with corner spa bath overlooking the wonderful view. The living room and kitchen lead directly to the large terrace with its gazebo - perfect for al fresco dining. There are beamed ceilings througout and upstairs parts of the wall are stone with high beams.
It has the enviable position of being on a south facing hillside in a small farming community with a shop, bar and restaurant a few minutes walk away. No cars pass by the house, only the cows!
A lovely family house but also suitable for just 2 persons using the upper floor only.

La Casetta is the perfect little stone-built Tuscan cottage that everyone dreams of. Whilst in the same group as La Taverna, it is completely detached from the others, making it is a perfect hideaway with all modern conveniences. Upstairs there is a spacious bedroom and beautiful shower bathroom. Downstairs is a modern kitchen and a living room with the original stone walls. There are spectacular views from all the rooms and the portico-covered terrace. At the end of the small garden there are steps down to the large pool.
As with the others, a shop, bar and restaurant are only a couple of minutes walk away.
