The property, comprising the main house where the owners live and two outbuildings, all completely renovated, lies in a panoramic position in the Chianti Classico hills (350m above sea level) and has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Access to property by means of a well-kept unpaved road of approx. 300m. Furnishings are traditional and rustic in the local Tuscan style.

Distances: Restaurant/bar 1km, Pianella with a variety of shops, bank, post office 2km, Vagliagli with ABV headquarters 8km, Siena 8km, San Gimignano 54km, Florence 74km.

At guests' disposal: garden, partially elevated swimming pool surrounded by lawns and vineyards (5m x 12m, depth 1.40m, open 01/06- 30/09), area equipped with barbecue and surrounded by trees, laundry with shared washing machine and iron (€5 /wash) with small bathroom with shower. It is possible to buy wood from the owner for the heaters/fireplace. Please request when booking and pay on site: maid-service €10 /hour, baby-bed (€20 /week), bed (for child under 12 years, €56 /week), small pets (€20 /pet/week) Tuscan dinners served on site on request .
