APARTMENTS & VILLAS

In the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, 3 km from the Etruscan village of Sorano, there  is  an ancient Pieve (little church) dated 1300, surrounded by woods and vineyards, and famous - even in the past - for the therapeutic properties of its springs with the water always at 37° c.

The whole building has been totally restored and integrated into a new large  property of about 7 hectares, with apartments and villas for 2 to 10 people, located around the Spa and its little church.

The apartments and villas are carefully furnished in traditional Tuscan style, with its own porch or/and garden and provided with kitchen area, a bathroom in every bedroom, Sat TV, heating, large terraces and solarium with wooden furniture outside.

Services available  include the thermal swimming pool with 2 wate falls for natural Spring water-massages, children’s area with thermal pool,  another little thermal pool, an outdoor swimming pool, snack bar, private parking, tennis court, mountain bikes (rentable) and horse riding school at 800m

.

The Wellness Centre has 3 thermal Jacuzzis, mud treatments, and massages

(energizing, lyphodraining method, holistic and ayurvedic treatments, well back, etc.) SEE WELLNESS PROGRAMS.

It is possible to organize guided excursions to the Etruscan necropolis of Sovana, Sorano and Pitigliano.

Other suggested excursions: Saturnia (30km), Argentario (64km), Siena (96km), Rome (146 km) and Florence (160km).

THE APARTMENTS/VILLAS:

MIMOSA – One Room Apartment (30 sqm): located in the historical part of the residence is composed by a living room with kitchen area, a king size sofa bed and 1 bathroom

ROSA – Two Room  Apartment (60 sqm) living room with kitchen area and a king size sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Outside porch with furniture and garden area.

GIGLIO – Three Room Apartment (75sq.m) living room with kitchen area and a king size sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with bathroom, 1 twin bedroom with bathroom. Outside porch with furniture and garden area.

VILLA IRIS 3 rooms (100 sq.m) living room with kitchen corner and a king size sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with bathroom, 1 twin bedroom with bathroom. Outside porch with wooden  furniture or exclusive garden.

VILLA STELLA 4 rooms ( 150 sqm on 2 levels)  living room with kitchen area and a king size sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with bathroom, 1 twin bedroom with bathroom, attic with king size sofa bed  with bathroom bathroom  or another twin bedroom with bathroom. Outside a large  porch with wooden furniture and exclusive garden.

VILLA BIANCA 5 rooms (200 sqm on 3 levels) living room with kitchen area and a king size sofa bed, 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom or 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom  and attic with a king size sofa bed, 4 bathrooms. Outside a large  porch with wooden furniture and exclusive garden.
