These very different properties are set on a hill with views across the rolling countryside.
Situated close to Perugia, they are in an ideal position for visiting the main cities and fascinating hill towns of Umbria. The owners, who speak English, have their home in the grounds and there is another cottage sleeping 2 persons (Maggiolina Ref.U506.2).
The lovely swimming pool is in a sunny position and is shared by the properties.
La Loggia (La Cantagrilla) Ref. U506.3 – Sleeps 4 & 6
La Loggia is a new property that has been cleverly designed to make the most use of the space.
It has been attractively furnished with many interesting pieces and artefacts collected from the owners’ travels abroad. The large covered verandah is a wonderful place to dine overlooking the panorama and the kitchen is conveniently placed close to the entrance. There is a living room with doors to the verandah and the kitchen is on a slightly higher level divided by a half wall. It is a sunny well fitted kitchen equipped with a cooker and dishwasher and has the advantage of looking into the living area. The unusual open-plan mezzanine level is furnished in Aztec style with a bed at floor level. Children will love this bedroom. There are a further two bedrooms, one double and one twin and 2 bathrooms. A practical and well designed house.
Casa Lisa (La Cicala) Ref. U506.1 – Sleeps 6
Once an old stone barn, Casa Lisa has now been skilfully converted to provide light and spacious acccomodation. There are larged arched windows and doors opening to the lovely old stone terrace and the owners have also made a second small and private breakfast terrace which has the early morning sun.
The property has three double/twin bedrooms and two bathrooms, one has a washing machine.
There is a large bright living room that leads to a dining area with a well equipped kitchen corner including a dishwasher. The reception areas have been furnished attractively using light and stylish furniture including TV and stereo.
The owners have planted bougainvillaea and clematis up the walls, and they are a blaze of colour in the summer..
La Coccinella Ref. U506.4– Sleeps 4
La Coccinella is the new stone house completely restored in 2004 . It is located closed to the other independent houses of Villa Lisa .
The 90 sqm interior of the house consists of:
2 double bedrooms (one with a private terrace)
2 bathrooms
a living room on an open loft
dining room with Kitchen corner (dishwasher, washing machine and TV).
