There are two terraces; the terrace, containing the swimming pool, is just below the house and in a sunny position, whilst the second and covered terrace is equipped with table, chairs and a barbecue. The furnishings are comfortable. The villa has an under floor heating system. Pets allowed. There is a minor country road 500m away from this property.

Second floor (attic): 1 double bedroom with Satellite TV and en-suit bathroom (closed by a curtain instead of a door) with shower, washing machine and dryer (window).
