CASA FELCIAI sleeps 18
Large, recently renovated farmhouse with a gorgeous view over the surrounding countryside, with vineyards, sunflowers fields and horses grazing on the flowered fields. In all directions there are oak forests and it is easy to spot local wild animals such as deer, wild boar, wild goats, pheasant and hare.
Situated about 200m from the villa La Selva, it is on the small road that leads to the wonderful medieval hamlet of Montebenichi.
Behind Casa Felciai is the pool (10m x 5m), situated in the open countryside, complete with outdoor furnishings and a large barbecue.
There is central heating, a greenery covered arbour and all the interior decor is in Tuscan style.
There is restaurant owned by the proprietors a short walk away.
GROUND FLOOR - A very spacious living room with fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), a TV room, one double bedded room with twin beds, 3 double bedded rooms with kingsize beds and four bathrooms with shower.
UPPER FLOOR - Four double bedded rooms with kingsize beds, one twin bedded room and 5 bathrooms with shower.
TORRINO- Sleeps 4
A separate house on the same grounds as Casa Felciai, with a private garden patio.
It has 2 bedrooms with large kingsize beds, 2 bathrooms: 1 with shower and 1 with bath tub, a separate fully functional kitchen, with eating area, a living room with a fireplace.
The interior decorations are of a very high quality in Tuscan style.
It has a large private patio with a barbecue and garden furniture for outdoor eating and sunbathing.
It has the use of the pool joining Casa Felciai, which is fully furnished with outdoor furniture.

CASA FABBRI - Sleeps 21
This is another large separate farmhouse (sleeps 16) with tower and includes a small house. It is located about 200 m from Casa Felciai.
There is also included a house on the same grounds that sleeps 5, with one bathroom shower.
It has a private pool 10m x5m with pool, garden furniture, a large built in barbecue and a large shaded parking area.
The house and the pool are surrounded by old oak trees.
It has a large covered terrace attached to the house, with a huge marble and iron table for outdoor dining. All furnishings are antique and in Tuscan style. It is centrally heated.
GROUND FLOOR:It has a main entrance which leads to the kitchen, or dining room, or the living room.A large fully equipped separate kitchen with a raised fireplace. A very large dining room with a single long dining table (seats 20), with french doors onto the swimming pool . A large living room with another fireplace. A separate tv room.
Also on the main floor are 2 bedroom each with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with shower. From the hall is another door which opens onto the pool.
UPPER FLOOR: Access from dining room. 4 bedrooms with queensize beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 4 bathrooms with showers.
THE TOWER; Access from the upper floor landing.

LA CAPANNA:
A separate building 6 mts from the main entrance of Casa Fabbri. On the lower floor is a large room as a livingroom/playroom and 1 bathroom with shower. Above there are two rooms with five single beds dormitory style.

The prices are per apartment per 7 nights and they include water, gas, electricity, final cleaning and sheets and towels changed weekly. Use of the pool.
Extra and to be paid on the premises:
Central heating (in winter) upon use € 9 per m3;
Maid service compulsory - min. 3 hours 3 days a week (€ 13 per hour).
In villa dining on request 35 € per person, any choice of menu.
Laundry - 8 € per load of wash, dry and soap included.
