Tenuta La Pieve is set in the Valdarno hills equidistant from Florence, Siena and Arezzo. The original buildings go back to 1250, restored by expert craftsmen. It overlooks fields and the valleys full of vines and olive trees. The farm estate produces olive oil and wine among its many products
The nearest village is Pieve a Presciano, about 400 mts away from both properties, guests can find a grocery, a butcher shop and a bakery.

An internal staircase leads you to the upper floor which consists of a very large living room with kitchen area at the end (cooker, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher) and double sofa bed, two twin bedded rooms and one double bedroom, one bathroom with bath and one bathroom with shower. Satellite tv. There is a panoramic terrace off the living room as well a a garden where the private swimming pool (6x12) and barbecue are situated. It is equipped with table and chairs for dining out.

Casale Il Noce is an independent barn surrounded by 3 hectars of fields and land and with a lovely small swimming pool (8x4 meters).
It's about 100 square meters. On ground floor there are two twin bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathroom with toilet. On the upper floor there is a large living room and kitchen corner (cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher), one double bedroom. From the living room there is a doorway to the nice pergola equipped with table and chairs for dining out. Satellite tv.

with domestic appliances, water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly, the use of the swimming-pool.
To pay on the premises: central heating in winter: € 13 per apartment per day .
Final cleaning € 41 for apt. Baby cot: € 25 per week.
Swimming pool open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September.
Pets are not allowed.
Returnable Breakage Deposit: € 103 per apartment payable on arrival
Arrivals: Saturdays from 17.00 to 20.00 and departures Saturdays by 10.00..
