Tenuta La Pieve lies on the gentle hills which face the valley separating Valdarno, Valdichiana and Valdambra at the same distance from Florence, Siena and Arezzo.
Its original group building goes back to 1250 AD as "Castello della Pieve". During July 1554 the castle burnt down by the troops of Piero Strozzi. At the end of 1770 it was finely restored by expert craftsmen and a beautiful Italian garden created, which is now surrounded by laurel hedges, along with the panoramic terrace overlooking the fields and the valleys full of vines and olive trees.





The farm on the grounds has for years been producing extra virgin olive oil with biological cultivation techniques. The nearest village is Pieve a Presciano, about 400 mts away from both properties, guests can find a grocery, a butcher shop and a bakery.

Recently restored and at walking distance from Cottage il Noce. It has got private swimming pool (6x12) and barbecue. 130 square meters. The entrance is at ground floor, and through an internal staircase you reach the upper floor which consists of a very large living room with kitchen corner (cooker, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher) and double sofa bed, two twin bedded rooms and one double bedroom, one bathroom with bath and one bathroom with shower. Satellite tv.
Il Loggiato is equipped with table and chairs for dining out.

COTTAGE IL NOCE - sleeps 6
Cottage Il Noce is an independent barn surrounded by 3 hectars of fields and land and with a lovely small swimming pool (8x4 meters).
It's about 100 square meters. On ground floor there are two twin bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathroom with toilet. On the upper floor there is a large living room and kitchen corner (cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher), one double bedroom. From the living room there is a doorway to the nice pergola equipped with table and chairs for dining out. Satellite tv.

The prices are per apartment per 7 nights and they include the use of the apartment
with domestic appliances, water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly, the use of the swimming-pool.
To pay on the premises: central heating in winter: € 13 per apartment per day .
Final cleaning € 41 for apt. Baby cot: € 25 per week.
Swimming pool open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September.
Pets are not allowed.
Returnable Breakage Deposit: € 103 per apartment payable on arrival
Arrivals: Saturdays from 17.00 to 20.00 and departures Saturdays by 10.00..
