Tenuta La Pieve
This estate lies on the gentle hills which face the valley full of vines and olive trees, separating Valdarno, Valdichiana and Valdambra equidistant from Florence, Siena and Arezzo.
 
The farm on the grounds has for years been producing extra virgin olive oil, giving maximum attention to modern cultivation techniques. Within the vast territory of the estate, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, there are five traditional stone farmhouse, once inhabited by farmers. The original buildings go back to 1250, now restored by a team of expert craftsmen.
 
Six old farmhouses named Casale La Valle (Lub0480/5), Casale Presciano (Lub0480/4), Casale Il Giglio (Lub0480/1), Casale il Loggiato (Lub0480/3) Casale il Noce (Lub0480/2),and Poggio alle Case (Lub0480/6) are spread about the land of the Estate, having been charmingly restored and are used for holiday accommodation. They are well spread out around the extensive estate, each cottage having its own swimming pool and large outdoor areas with panoramic views over the beautiful countryside.
 
Each building is elegantly furnished with antiques and has its own private outside area for dining out.
The nearest village is Pieve a Presciano, about 400 metres away from both properties, guests can find a grocery, a butcher shop and a bakery.

IL LOGGIATO - sleeps 6     Lub0480/3

A recently restored old farmouse, walking distance from Il Noce, This villa of 130 square metres has an attractive entrance on the ground floor.
An internal staircase leads you to the upper floor which consists of a very large living room with kitchen area at the end (cooker, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher) and double sofa bed, two twin bedded rooms and one double bedroom, one bathroom with bath and one bathroom with shower. Satellite tv.

From the living room you can step out onto a panoramic terrace. Below is a garden where the private swimming pool (6x12) and barbecue are situated. It is equipped with table and chairs for dining out.

There is a lovely old village a short walk away, with a shop and restaurant.

A wonderful place for a family holiday, or groups of friends.

IL NOCE - sleeps 6     Lub0480/2

Casale Il Noce is an independent barn surrounded by 3 hectar3s of fields and land and with a lovely small swimming pool (8x4 meters).
It's about 100 square meters. On ground floor there are two twin bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathroom with toilet.
On the upper floor there is a large living room and kitchen corner (cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher), one double bedroom.
From the living room there is a doorway to the nice pergola equipped with table and chairs for dining out. Satellite tv.
There is a lovely old village a short walk away, with a shop and restaurant.

Poggio alle Case was the last farmhouse to be renovated, short distance from Il Loggiato and il Noce. This independent barn has a lovely private pool ( 4x8 - 1,20 deep) with gorgeous view on the vineyards.
Sleeps 6- 80 square meters. On two floors. Ground floor with large living-room with fully equipped kitchen (cooker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), satellite tv.
Two doors open onto the pool area and to the garden equipped with table and chairs for dining out. Barbecue at disposal.
Three steps lead to the double bedroom (twin on request) and to the bathroom with shower.
In the living room a wooden open staircase leads to the upper floor with one double bedded room (twin on request) a twin bedroom (double on request) and a bathroom with shower.
