MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD:
The minimum rental period is normally a week from Saturday
to Saturday. Outside high season, in the period as specified in the price-box,
flexible bookings are also possible for certain properties. Flexible means
stays of 3 or more nights or 7 or more nights, with the arrival on a day other
than Saturday. The cost is calculated as follows: "3 nights price" +
any "extra nights", or "weekly price" + any "extra
nights".
ARRIVAL
AND DEPARTURE TIME:
Unless otherwise indicated in the accommodation
description, the arrival and departure times are as follows:
Arrivals: between 5.00 and 7.00 p.m.
Departures: between 8.00 and 10 a.m.
Any late arrivals or departures that have not been agreed upon beforehand, the
owner or his/her representative, whose number can be found on the rental
voucher, must be notified immediately.
PETS:
Pets are allowed only in certain accommodations if they
have been registered when booking. Any extra expenses will be indicated.
DEPOSIT:
The deposit must be paid upon arrival to the owner or
his/her representative in Euro in cash unless alternative arrangements have
been made at the time of booking.
LINEN:
All of the houses are equipped with bed, bath and kitchen
linen with weekly change. The bath towels must not be brought outside. We
advise that you bring your own towels for the swimming pool or beach because
they are rarely provided.
SWIMMING
POOL:
Unless otherwise indicated in the accommodation
description, the swimming pools are open from 15.05 to 30.09.
HEATING:
Unless new regulations take act, in Tuscany the heating
can be used only from November to the end of April (8 hours a day). Outside of
this period the possibility of using the heating and the cost of such must be
determined directly with the owner or his/her representative.
TELEPHONE:
Any telephone expenses are to be paid directly to the
owner or his/her representative upon departure.
FINAL
CLEANING – EXTRA EXPENSES: (light, gas, heating, …)
If these expenses are not included in the rental price,
they are to be paid directly to the owner or his/her representative upon
departure.
UNFORESEEN
EVENTS:
Any
problems or unforeseen events must be immediately communicated by telephone.
