Il Poderino (F30) is an old country farmhouse, situated on a hill overlooking a beautiful landscape of vineyards and olive groves in the heart of Chianti.
Situated in the most panoramic part of this wine and olive oil producing estate, the original stone house has been divided into three apartments for the guests and the owners' house.
Restored and furnished in typical Tuscan style, each apartment has its own private sitting area outside, ideal for al fresco dinners.
It would be an understatement to say they have breathtaking views; each windows is like an exquisite, framed painting.
Guests share the beautiful swimming pool (6 X 12 m) with wonderful views. On a clear day the famous towers of San Gimignano are just visible from the property.
The nearest village is Quercegrossa 3 kilometres away (small shops and a restaurant) and Siena is only 8 kilometres away.
Apt. LA CANTINA F30.1 - sleeps 4 - 110 sqm - This apartment is on two floors. On the ground floor: living room, kitchen (4 electric hobs, oven and fridge) with fireplace, one bathroom with shower. On the first floor: two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Satellite TV.
Apt. IL GRANAIO F30.2 - sleeps 2 - 50 sqm - It's on the ground floor and it consists of a living room with a kitchen corner (oven, cooker, fridge/freezer), one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A double sofa bed is available in the living room. Satellite TV
Apt. LA PARATA F30.3 - sleeps 2 - 50 sqm - It's on the ground floor and it consists of a living room with a kitchen corner (oven, cooker and fridge/freezer), one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Satellite TV

THE PRICE INCLUDES: the use of the apartment with domestic appliances, water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly and the use of the swimming-pool.
To pay on the premises: central heating in winter: upon use (€ 1 per cubic meter), the use of the washing machine (€ 5 per load), babycot € 3 per night - linen not provided.
Swimming pool open from the 15th of May to the 30th of September.
Deposit: Lit. 300.000/€ 155 per apt.
Arrivals: Saturdays from 16.00 to 19.00 and departures Saturdays by 10.00.
Pets not allowed.

We have just returned from our holiday in Italy and wanted to let you know that we loved Il Poderino and had a fantastic holiday. It was our first time at an agriturismo and we were impressed with the quality of the facilities, the warmth of the owners, the beautiful setting and the great value for money.
