Peaceful and absolutely private position with private access in the villa’s garden which is well kept, shaded and full of flowers, in the middle of a large Chianti estate where prestigious wines and olive oil are made. Wonderful views over the Chianti countryside. Comfortable country style furnishings with antiques. Numerous original prints on the walls. Telephone and central heating. Final cleaning, midweekly cleaning (1hr) cleaning and heating costs included in the price.

Main living area (First floor): large living room with double sofa bed, SAT TV and VCR, open dining room, small kitchen (oven, small microwave, freezer, dishwasher), two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower (window).

Distances: Castellina scalo with all kinds of shops 7.5km, Castellina in Chianti with tennis courts 8.5km, Radda in Chianti 18.5km, Colle Val d’Elsa with golf course (6 holes) and tennis courts 20km, Siena 26km, San Gimignano 29km, the Etruscan city of Volterra 52km, Florence 61km, Pisa 98km, Marina di Grosseto 110km, Rome 251km.

At guests’ disposal: large equipped and shaded private lawn with swimming pool (6m x 12m, 0.80m - 2m deep, open 01/05 – 30/09) shared with the owner, not often in residence.
