The Farmhouse
|
These lovely old stone farmhouses, located near the town of Gubbio, surrounded by rolling hills and river valleys, have been completely restored in the typical Umbrian style, preserving the beamed ceilings and the cotto floors.
There are five apartments in all, three with one bedroom and two with two bedrooms, located on the ground floor or on the first floor.
They are furnished with traditional furniture and have living room with kitchen area, a double sofa-bed and satellite tv, one or two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower (Girasole has 2 bathrooms).
There is a good sized swimming-pool, a barbecue, bicycles and private garden.
Girasole is on 2 levels (ground floor and first floor) with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms and a private external area with table and chairs.
Ginestra is on the ground floor with one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, one bathroom and a private external area with table and chairs
Ciclaminois on the ground floor with a double bedroom and bathroom and a private external area with table and chairs
Fiordaliso is on the first floor with a double bedroom and bathroom and a little terrace with table and chairs.
Primula is on the first floor with a double bedroom and bathroom. This apartment does not have a private external area, but there is a common external area with tables and chairs where all clients can eat or relax.
The little village of Mocaiana is about 1 km from the property, where guests will find a minimarket, bakery, post office and bar. Clients can get there on foot or by bike (the bikes are available at the property).
Other kinds of service like restaurant, pizzeria, pharmacy and bank office are located within 2 kms.
The historic town of Gubbio (with hospital and all services) is only 7 km away.

To pay on site: Final cleaning from 30 euro (2 pax) to 50 euro (4 pax) per apt;
