Within easy driving distance from Siena city centre (4 kms away) this property is located in the midst of lovely countryside with splendid views and complete peace and quiet.

This pleasant restored apartment is a portion of an old stone built farmhouse. In front of the house is a well tended grassy garden with trees and flowers, where the large swimming pool (16 x 5.30m – 1.10/2.40m deep) is located. The other half of the property is used by the welcoming owners. The swimming pool and the garden are shared with the owners who use it mostly in the evening and weekends, as they are out in the day.

The apartment is on the ground floor. It consists of a living/dining room; a kitchen (cooker, fridge/freezer, small oven); a bathroom with shower; one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The apartment is lovingly restored in typical Tuscan style and mostly furnished with antiques.
Outside is a private terrace which is furnished with a table and chairs for dining out.
You can walk to the village, from where it is possible to catch a bus into Siena.
