In the heart of the Umbrian countryside, surrounded by the fertile farmland of
the Tiber valley, sits this old farm made up of three beautifully renovated buildings which has been transformed into a friendly country house offering rooms and apartments. They are furnished in traditional Umbrian style.
Situated on the ground floor or first floor, all have a private terrace or external area.
They have a living room with kitchen/dining area, television, telephone and central heating.

The four bedroom apartment has a spacious living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 double bedrooms with ensuite shower bathrooms. A third bed can be added in two of the rooms.
Within the property is also a comfortable reading room, an area reserved for breakfast.
The Rustichello restaurant nearby offers guests a special menu price and take away service for clients of the apartments.
Deruta, known throughout the world for its hand painted ceramics and for its incredible Ceramic Museum is only two kilometres.
Also within half an hour by car you can reach other wonderful hill towns of Umbria such as Assisi, Perugia and Todi.
The surrounding countryside is perfect for hiking, and mountain-biking. You can also take the opportunity to go fishing in the nearby river.
