The owners have carefully restored this ancient building to create a detached house with a swimming pool.
The house is on two floors and is ideal base for 8 people.
On the ground floor there is one double bedroom, three twin bedrooms; four shower bathrooms (3 bathrooms are ensuite). On the first floor there are two kitchens, each furnished with oven, cooker and fridge/freezer Iin one of the two kitchens there is also a dishwasher.
There are also two toilets, a TV room and a living room with fireplace.
The spacious garden is dotted with cypress trees and has the ruin of a medieval chapel to the side. The swimming pool is secluded with shady sitting areas, barbecue and dining table. From the Villa, the view over the Tuscan countryside is stunning, and at night the lights of Montalcino twinkle enticingly on the horizon.
Villa Delia is on the outer edge of a tiny hamlet, 7 km from Buonconvento and 30 km South of Siena.
Buonconvento is a little known but delightful town, with its small old-fashioned shops still offering the personal service that makes buying the week’s supplies such a pleasure.
The incomparable red wines of Montalcino, those luscious Brunellos, are only 15 km away and the Vino Nobile of Montepulciano is a mere 40 km.
An ideal base for exploring that tantalising triangle of Central Italy where the wines are second to none. It’s also an art lover’s paradise, close to Siena, San Gimignano, Pienza etc..

The prices are per 7 nights and they include water, gas, electricity, linen for bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen, changed weekly, final cleaning.
To pay extra on the premises:
Extra bed: € 15 per person per night.
Baby cot: € 5 per night (linen is not provided).
Central heating: upon use (1,10 euro per litre).
Pets not allowed.
Extra cleaning: 15,00 € per hour.
Inventory deposit: € 300
Swimming pool: open from the 8th of May to the 30th of September. The pool is 11 x 6 m large and 1,10-1,95 m deep.
