About a mile along a tree lined country lane, Casa Costanza is an attractive independent stone house surrounded by a spacious garden. Characteristically furnished in country style, the house is on two floors. A few steps from the garden lead to the covered loggia furnished with table and chairs. On the same level, there is a living room with a panoramic terrace; a kitchen with oven, cooker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is one double bedroom; one twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. A wooden spiral staircase from the living room leads to the attic and to the second small bathroom with shower. In the attic there is a French bed and a single bed. The ceiling of the attic has low sloping beams with limited headroom so it is more suitable for one adult or two children. Air conditioning available in the attic only.
