 An ancient farmhouse that has been carefully renovated with taste and transformed into a beautiful, comfortable country house. Situated in a  peaceful position between Volterra and San Gimignano, with wonderful views over the countryside. The house is divided in three apartments to guarantee its guests a perfect privacy while enjoying all the comforts and charming of an independent house. Comfortable and country style furnishings with some ethnic impressions. Independent central heating for each apartment. Bathrooms with large shower cabins. In low season (except from May to October) it is possible to rent the apartments and two double rooms with bathroom on the ground floor independently. In an separate house nearby live the owners, a young and friendly couple.

Distances: Castel San Gimignano with grocery 7km, horse riding (only in high season) 7km, Colle Val d’Elsa 15km, Volterra 17,5km, Castelfalfi (golf course, 18 holes) 25km, Siena 43km, Vagliagli  48km, Marina di Cecina (beaches) 61km, Pisa 81,5km, Rome 280km.

At guests disposal: big, equipped garden with lawns (5000m²) and floodlit swimming pool (12m x 6m, depth 1.20m–2.20m, open 02/05 – 07/11). External laundry room (€5,00/wash). Parking on premises. Please request when booking: baby beds (included in the price), maid, possibility of daily linen change, babysitter (for children older than 4),Tuscan meals (lunch, dinner and breakfast) and cooking classes arranged by the homeowner in nice and comfortable annex.

Arrival on Saturdays between 6.00 p.m. – 8.00 p.m.

Apartment Bianco (6 sleeps):
Large living and dining area with impressive ceiling vaults, fireplace, cooking area (, small electric oven, fridge 140lt, dishwasher), SAT-TV. The dining area is separated from the living area by an original archway. Two double rooms with SAT-TV and private bathroom (window) with shower, one of those is accessible only from the loggia. One double room, which is separated from the living area by a glass wall (curtain), bathroom with shower (window).
First floor, access by an internal stairway:
Apartment Rosso (2 + 2 sleeps):
Large living and dining area with fireplace, SAT-TV, double sofa bed and cooking area (dishwasher, small microwave), one large double room, bathroom (window) with shower, small storeroom.
Apartment Giallo (2 sleeps):
Large living room with fireplace, SAT-TV, kitchen (dishwasher) with dining table and small storeroom. One large double room, bathroom (roof window) with shower.
