Ancient stone barn that recently has been renovated with care. It is situated in a dominant
and quiet position, 500 metres above sea level, amidst vineyards and olive groves,
in the grounds of a farm villa.
The barn is part of a small farm with its own wine and olive
oil production in the heart of the Chianti Classico.
There is a private, partly shaded lawn in front of the house. Panoramic swimming
pool 70m away (8m x 16m). The home owner
has access to the pool at weekends.
