Il Boschetto is a pleasant ground floor apartment of a modern house, surrounded by a well kept garden, with beautifully cut lawns, mature trees and flowering shrubs. In the garden there is a lovely private swimming pool at the guests disposal.

The upper floor is occupied by the welcoming owners. The apartment is spacious (80 sqm) and simply furnished consisting of a living/dining room with a kitchen corner (oven, 4 ring cooker, fridge with freezer, American coffee maker); one triple bedroom with a queen size bed and a single bed; one twin bedroom (double on request); one shower bathroom. There is TV (not satellite), an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine and a BBQ.

In front of the entrance, with views over the countryside and the pool, the apartment has its own private space with table and chairs for dining out.
The pool (12x4 mts – 1,50 mts deep) is open from the beginning of May to the end of September.

The nearby village of Le Grazie, just 1.5 kms away, has simple shopping. Colle di Val d’Elsa (about 2 km away), is a particularly interesting village to visit, with many shops, also famous for the production of crystal glassware and for the good restaurants in the area.
Colle di Val d’Elsa is a perfect location to visit Siena is just 28 km away and Firenze 55 kms away.
