Set amidst olive and holm-oak trees, this lovely 16th century stone farmhouse overlooks open countryside of the Val
dOrcia as far as the eyes can see. The house has been restored divided into
five apartments, each with its own private outside area or terrace furnished
with table and chairs for dining out. The interior of each apartment is absolutely
charming, recently renovated to a high standard with exposed beams and terracotta
floors, furnished with excellent taste. Some of them can be linked together for larger parties.
The lovely shared swimming pool (18 x 9
mts) is set on a wide plateau of green lawns and oaks.
The farmhouse is part of a 100 hectare estate where the owners grow olive trees and breed sheep, a
territory full of naturalistic paths and so it is ideal for trekking.

Consists of a spacious living room with fireplace, tv and a kitchen corner with
cooker and fridge; two double bedrooms (one of them can be twin on
request); one shower bathroom. A connecting door can join this apartment with

with 3 steps at the entrance. Consists of a living/dining room with kitchen
corner (cooker fridge and tv); two double bedrooms each with ensuite
shower bathroom. One of the two bedroom can be twin on request. A connecting
door can join this apartment with Vista Montagna.
Apartment Vista Ulivi 70 sqm sleeps 4 Ground floor.

flight of steps leads to the spacious panoramic terrace. The apartment consists

bedroom with a four-poster wrought iron bed and ensuite shower bathroom.
In the garden there is a barbecue at the guests disposal.
An old barn close to the farmhouse, has been renovated to make a
communal room with a fireplace, where the owners can prepare breakfast on request as well as typical Tuscan dinners (for minimum 8 people).
This property is well located to visit Montalcino (17 km away) and the Val dOrcia, Siena is about 55 km away. Its the ideal place for
a relaxing break, sampling the superb Tuscan cooking and sipping a good glass of wine!

The prices are per apt. per 7 nights (from Saturday to Saturday) and they include water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly, final cleaning, use of the swimming pool.
