La Corticella is a charming old 13th century Tuscan farmhouse on a hillside with wonderful views as far as Montalcino. Restored using the original materials like terracotta floors and exposed beams.

The house forms part of a group of old farm buildings restored to create eight individually designed homes. These homes share a large, infinity swimming pool and a hard tennis court set in several hectares of garden.
Looking out over a courtyard, the house has a large open ground floor with handsome brick vaulted ceilings, brick arches and terracotta floors.
Outside, at the rear, is a private garden with a large terrace for outside eating giving easy access to the pool. There is a covered carriageway to the left of the front door with a mature vine surrounding the entrance - this is always cool and shady.
